Adapted from The Grocer’s Encyclopedia (1911). The 764 page book described itself as: ‘A compendium of useful information concerning foods of all kinds; how they are raised prepared and marketed; how to care for them in the store and home; how best to use and enjoy them, and other valuable information for grocers and general storekeepers.’ A key to the different pasta types appears on the reverse of the card.

Printed with vegetable-based inks on a carbon neutral press using responsibly sourced, acid free Italian paper.
