The best mackerel is chosen at the morning fish market and hand packed by the cannery workers on the same day; these fillets come in a chilli-spiked olive oil. Add pep to a salad, have with a side of eggs to kick start your morning, or enjoy them straight from the tin. 

Ingredients: mackerel (fish) fillets (72%), olive oil (22%), cucumber, chilli (2%), carrot, salt, black pepper, cloves and bay leaves.
