All Northern Pasta is crafted at their small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with their signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. They use Bronze Dies to give their pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients they use.

Northern Pasta Co's pasta is not gluten free and is therefore not suitable for coeliacs. They use Spelt to make their pasta, which contains less gluten. This gluten is also more soluble meaning it is much easier to digest. The pasta is also slow-dried which makes it much easier to digest too. A lot of Northern Pasta Co customers who struggle with gluten, enjoy their pasta. You will notice it is much lighter and nurtures your gut.
