White chocolate flavoured with foraged wild fennel seed, cardamom and a touch of Blackthorn Scottish sea salt. Finished with a light dusting of gold.

Inspired by Chantal’s early childhood in Teheran, cardamom and white chocolate prove to be a classic combination – the cardamom brings a citrussy zing, while the foraged wild fennel seed from a pebbly beach in Kent brings fresh green notes. The small addition of sea salt balances the sweetness. All packaging is compostable including the natureflex inner bag.”

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cardamom seed, wild fennel seed, Malden sea salt, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, gold colouring E171,172. Cocoa solids 28% minimum, milk solids 22% minimum.
