A unique combination of Pump Street Chocolate's two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. With sourdough crumbs from their bakery and a touch of Halen Môn sea salt, this Ecuadorian chocolate bar offers a sophisticated blend of crunch and smooth, malty flavour.
To Pump Street Chocolate's knowledge, when they created it, it was the first time a chocolate bar had been made with sourdough.
