Panettone is an Italian bread/cake with a light and airy texture and a rich, eggy dough. Raul Asencio, whose family have been bakers for 250 years, has created a product which fuses Italian and Spanish traditions by using dark chocolate & candied Valencian orange peel. 

Enjoy it with your favourite warm drink. From a cup of tea to a hot chocolate, all of them work perfectly!

INGREDIENTS 

WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), water, sugar, EGG yolk, natural yeast (WHEAT flour and water), candied orange peels (4.2%) (orange peels, sugar, fructose, dextrose, maltose and citric acid), chocolate (8.4%), sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter and SOYA lecithin), extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt. Icing: Sugar, EGG white, WHEAT starch, ALMONDS and cocoa powder. Topping: Nibbed sugar. For ALLERGENS including cereals containing GLUTEN, see ingredients in CAPITAL. Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep it in it's own packaging and consume within 7 days.
